Pipe is non-returnable and non-refundable once the order is placed. All pipe shipments may be considered oversized. In this case, dimensional weight will apply and additional charges will be incurred. You will be contacted by the Sales Dept. with these additional charges. All other returns must be new and unused and in the original shipping box. A restocking charge will apply. All returns require a written return authorization approval from ALSCO Industrial Products before returning any products.
